Bled Bus

By taking the bus, you will have more time to watch nature and plan your journey as you like, since you won’t need to return to the starting point. Choose an easy way to discover hidden gems and well-known corners of Bled during summer months.
What is Bled Bus?
- A tourist bus operating on three lines: a) Pokljuka Line, b) Countryside Line, and c) Lake Bled Line.
- Runs daily throughout July and August (including weekends and holidays).
- It is intended for visitors to Bled as well as locals exploring the sights of Bled and its surroundings.
- It is a great solution for hikers who go to Triglav National Park for several days and return to the valley by other routes.
- Unlimited bus ride transfers.
Capacity, frequency and line departures:
Pokljuka Line:
- 30 seater bus
- 4 departures per day
- 7:20, 9:20, 14:20, and 5:30 p.m. from Seliše towards Rudno polje and then back
Countryside Line:
- 20 seater bus
- 3 departures per day
- 9:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:45 p.m. from Seliše towards Zasip, then Ribni and finally towards Bohinjska Bela (circular)
Lake Line:
- 30 seater bus
- 7 departures per day
- 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 5 p.m. in 7:00 p.m.
What else do you need to know?
- Bus rides are free.
- Reservation of seats is not possible.
- Bled Bus transport is NOT intended for organized groups of passengers.
- Pets are allowed on board the Bled Bus under the following conditions: Owners assume full responsibility for the animal and guarantee compliance with all conditions required under the veterinary legislation pertaining to so called non-commercial movement of animals (entry to public places and means of public transport). Pets must be kept on a leash for the entire duration of the ride and are not allowed to move freely around the vehicle. Animals should be clean and dry before entering the bus. Dogs must wear a muzzle.
- On the Pokljuka Line, transport is limited to five ordinary bicycles.
